At Aeruz, your satisfaction is our priority. We want your experience with our products to be safe, transparent, and positive. If you need to return or exchange your item, please follow the guidelines below:
🔁 Returns or Exchanges for Any Reason
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your item, please contact our team at support@aeruz.com within 14 days of receiving your order, as established by EU and UK consumer protection laws.
Include your order number and reason for return in the message. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and, in eligible cases, a prepaid shipping label.
To qualify, the product must be:

Unused and in original condition

In its original packaging with tags attached

Returned with all accessories included
⚠️ Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not related to manufacturing defects may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
🔧 Returns Due to Defects or Wrong Items
You may request an exchange if:

The product is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues

You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect color, model, or size)
In this case:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once confirmed, we will initiate the replacement process or offer a store credit/refund
If the product is confirmed to be defective, shipping costs will be covered by Aeruz. If no defect is found, the product can be returned to you, and shipping costs will apply.
📦 Timeline & Processing

Return labels are provided within 3 business days after approval

You have 7 calendar days to drop off the parcel once the label is sent

All returned items are subject to technical inspection

The entire return/exchange process may take up to 30 days from the pickup date
🚚 First Return or Exchange Is Free
For your first eligible return or exchange, Aeruz will cover all shipping costs.

Aeruz reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges in cases where:

Items have been used or show non-manufacturing-related damage

Items are not returned in their original packaging with all components
